Policies include one hour of free support with small office
edition kits and systems and two hours of free support with all
other systems. Additionally, the setup and administration is so
easy that most users rarely use up the free support. If you
require more assistance, additional support is available for
175/hour. We provide support over the Phone, Email, Instant
Messenger, or Remote Control with VNC or Terminal Services. |
