What is TeleFlow® CallCapture?

TeleFlow® CallCapture is the only way to go if you are looking for a feature rich solution for call recording and quality assurance.

TeleFlow® CallCapture is a fully featured call recording/logging solution that uses Ai-Logix voice processing hardware to tap into nearly any type of phone line between your company and the phone company or your users' desk phones and your phone system. Calls can then be selectively or fully recorded to compressed WAV files on the hard drive of the logging server.

What can I record with TeleFlow® CallCapture?

TeleFlow® CallCapture can be used to passively record from nearly any medium of communication including:

  • Analog Trunks
  • Digital Trunks including T1, ISDN PRI, and E1
  • Analog stations
  • Digital Stations (digital station support is PBX specific.)
  • Radio frequencies (I.E. Nextel)
  • Fax (requires 3rd party fax processing software to view faxes)

Ok, so what can I do with these recordings?

TeleFlow® CallCapture allows you to listen to live calls as they happen from anywhere with an internet connection. Recordings are easily accessible through the client interface and can be catalogued by date, caller ID, duration. Recordings can easily be archived to removable media for offsite backup.

TeleFlow® CallCapture can not only record phone calls, but also broadcasts, faxes, and anything else that runs through your phone lines. CallCapture can generate helpful reports of call statistics for you.
