The Artisoft TeleVantage
phone system is available from True Data as either a "Do It
Yourself Kit" or a "Turn Key System". All True Data Turn
Key Systems are engineered specifically to meet the needs of of the
TeleVantage Phone system using the highest quality server components.
The systems are completely pre-tested before shipping.
There are three different configurations of TeleVantage
Turn-Key Server: The first is is small 4U rack mount Pentium4 that has
three ISA slots and three PCI slots. This is the "4U Standard"
and will accommodate virtually all configurations of Dialogic cards and
are used as a standard in systems ranging from the Small Office Edition
4x8 to a Dual T1 x 48. The second configuration is a large 4U rack
mount extended Pentium4 server. This is he 4U Extended" and can
accommodate up to nineteen Dialogic Cards (whatever mix of ISA and PCI
is appropriate for your configuration). These large systems almost
always ship with SCSI RAID and are used for configurations from Dual T1
x 48 to 10x T1 (240 lines) x 1200 users. The third and final
configuration can be a server of your choice (with our approval) from a
Dell Power Edge to a custom built Intel-Spec server (these are priced as
a "kit price" plus the server plus a small build and burn-in
fee). An example of the third configuration would be 2500.00 for a Dell
Power Edge Plus a DIY Kit plus 500 for the B&B labor. See your sales

All Turn Key
Servers are shipped complete with the server, manuals, software
licenses, install guides, music on hold cable, whatever panels are
appropriate, and a complete set of cables and connectors. All you need
to supply is a network cable, network connection, and whatever analog
phones you feel are best suited to your application (Ghz? Desk Type?
Headsets?). We can help with phone suggestions when we better know your
intended usage...
