The
Artisoft TeleVantage phone system is available from True Data
as either a "Do It Yourself Kit" or a "Turn Key
System". A "Do It Yourself Kit" is everything
you'll need to have an awesome business phone system except a
computer running Windows NT or 2000 and a few standard
telephone sets. We wrote the TeleVantage "Quick Install
Guide" (see below) which allows you to have your new
TeleVantage system up and running in a matter of minutes.
Are you comfortable enough with computers to install an
expansion card into a PC? If so, you're a perfect
candidate for the True Data "Do it Yourself" Kit!
There
are numerous different configurations of the TeleVantage DIY
Kit including kits for both ISA and PCI configurations.
All DIY Kits are shipped complete with the manuals, software
licenses, physical software CDs and install guides,
Intel/Dialogic voice hardware, music on hold cable, whatever
connection panels are appropriate, and a complete set of cables and
connectors. All you need to supply is a Windows NT or 2000
machine and whatever analog phones you feel are best suited
to your application (Ghz? Desk Type? Headsets?). We can help
with phone suggestions when we better know your intended
usage...
