Need a local service agent to replace your old one?
We know virtually all of the TV dealers in the US so even if their shop is not currently servicing TeleVantage, we can still make the call for you and probably get them on-site to give you a hand... No problem.
 
Need to add, replace, or upgrade a Dialogic Card?
You're in luck. True Data is the largest stocking Dialogic VAR in the US. We have stock of both new and pre- owned Dialogic cards, power supplies, & upgrade modules going all the way back to the ISA era. We even stock cards and upgrade modules for the Toshiba TeleVantage OEM systems. We can replace or upgrade your cards no problem.
 
Need to upgrade or replace the "box" your TeleVantage is running on?
We know you can't be down so we offer two services: The "Weekend Upgrade" is the one in which   you pack-up your TeleVantage server Friday night and ship it to us Fed-X Saturday Delivery. We will already have your new server loaded and configured. We move the install and config and put your server on a flight for you Sunday by noon for delivery to your local airport. The "Remote Upgrade" is the one in which we log on to your TV system remotely, back up  the configuration, audio, and voicemail files, the reinstall them on a new box complete with the Dialogic hardware here at our office. We then ship it to you by whatever method you choose and you can simply "swap boxes". We can see the  hardware in the configs so you don't have to know exactly which Dialogic cards are in the box. Note: If we have pre-  owned cards to match the ones you are currently using, we do NOT charge for the Dialogic cards, you can simply send them to us when you replace the system. You can send us the new systems or we can order one from Dell for you. We do NOT, under any circumstances use "generic" PC's or desktop units. Hardware must be 100% server-grade. We recommend Dell Poweredge servers.

Want to add VoIP Phones or a VoIP service provider?
  Piece of Cake. We stock the phones, cards, and licenses to upgrade your system to full VoIP compatibility. We can supply and pre-configured gateways if needed. We can even configure high-end Polycom or Cisco executive phones to work with your TeleVantage systems.
